5. Reservation is done up to 3 days. If no payment is made, the item will be passed onto the next customer in line. Kindly email once you have made the payment.

6. Items will be posted only when full payment has been made.

7. Items are strictly non-exchangable and non-refundable.

8. Items paid will be sent delivered within 3 working days, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

9. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during delivery.

10. As much as we'd like you to have our items, we do not condone back-out buyers.
